We are proud to announce a new partnership with Southampton community radio station Voice FM, becoming the official sponsor of its weekly House & Home show with Chris Schutrups.
The six-month partnership, which begins in July, sees support the weekly property and housing show while helping bring discussions around homes, communities, planning and the property market to a wider audience across Southampton and Hampshire.
Broadcast every Monday from 2pm to 3pm, House & Home is hosted by well-known local property expert Chris Schutrups. The programme covers a wide range of topics relating to home ownership, housing, property trends and community issues.
As part of the partnership, representatives from Bargate will join the show routinely to share insights into the housebuilding industry, guidance for newbuild homes, sustainability, and details of our new and very latest communities being delivered across the South.
The sponsorship will also include community events, online content, social media activity and regular contributions from Bargate, helping listeners gain a greater understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the housing sector.

The partnership is the latest in a series of community initiatives supported by Bargate. We also have strong partnerships with Southampton FC and Saints Foundation, Southampton FC Women, Hampshire Cricket and Utilita Bowl, Mayflower Theatre, grassroots sports clubs and a wide range of local charities and community organisations across the South.
Voice FM is Southampton’s community radio station, broadcasting since 2011 on 103.9FM, DAB and online. Bargate’s first specialist will join Chris Schutrups’ House and Home show on Monday, 6 July. Listen to our first show here.
