Admirals Green

Kerb appeal

As with previous phases, Admirals Green has been sensitively designed to reflect the local vernacular, using a considered mix of varied red brick, vertical slate-effect tiling and render to create an attractive, cohesive streetscape that sits naturally within its setting.

Eco-conscious homes

Beyond the stunning natural surroundings, our homes are designed with sustainability in mind. With eco-conscious features, energy-efficient systems, and cutting-edge technology throughout, such as air source heat pumps, solar PV panels and EV charging points as standard. Each home is not only a place to live, but a space to thrive in a greener future.

Considered quality

We don’t compromise on quality, with our new homes including locally supplied bespoke kitchens with integrated Neff appliances, on-trend bathrooms with Porcelanosa tiles, fibre-optic broadband and energy-saving Google Nest thermostat heating controls.

Nature and community

Bargate’s commitment to biodiversity net gain means Admirals Green will incorporate new ponds, hedgerows, and nesting and roosting units for birds and bats, as well as hedgehog highways throughout the site. A new play area and extensive landscaping will also create lasting benefits for residents and the wider Warsash community.

Coastal connections

Located less than a mile from Warsash village centre, Admirals Green offers access to local shops, cafés and riverside walks, as well as connections across the Solent via the nearby Hamble ferry.

Whiteley shopping centre, Southampton city centre, and Portsmouth’s historic dockyard are all within a short drive. Nearby Swanwick train station provides regular direct connections to both port cities and onward travel to London. The M27 provides easy connectivity across the south of England.
