We have one development in Warsash currently: Admirals Green. A collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes, set around green open spaces, with new wildlife habitats and play areas.

Typically, for a completed development, the house buying process is around 2 to 6 months, depending on if you’re selling a home first. If the development is still under construction, you’ll be looking anywhere between 6 and 10 months. Our friendly sales team will be able to give you a more accurate estimate for specific homes or developments.
