We have a number of new build developments across Hampshire. Admirals Green in Warsash, Heritage Place in Eastleigh and The Bluebells in Bedhampton. With more arriving soon.

We believe in being better, not bigger. That’s why each of our new build developments is tailored with care, giving each development its own unique character to create a sense of place.

We specialise in community-focused housing developments, ensuring all homes are energy-efficient and developments enhance the local landscape with open green spaces, children’s parks, dog agility parks and wildlife reserves.

With Bargate, you buy a home, not a house.

We do not offer shared ownership properties; however, we partner with local housing association Vivid, who facilitate shared ownership opportunities on some of our developments. Visit their website to discover more.

Typically, for a completed development, the house buying process is around 2 to 6 months, depending on if you’re selling a home first. If the development is still under construction, you’ll be looking anywhere between 6 and 10 months. Our friendly sales team will be able to give you a more accurate estimate for specific homes or developments.
