VIVID are a leading provider of affordable homes and over the next 10 years plan to build at least 17,000 new homes. Bargate Homes is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of VIVID. This marks an exciting acceleration in our corporate development, as the business and brand retains its total independence.

Because now, Bargate has access to significantly increased finance. And that’s important, because we are extremely selective in the land we purchase, given our values criteria.
