Bargate is proud to announce the completion of the Bargate Homes Sensory Room at Southampton FC’s St Mary’s Stadium. This refurbishment project reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering inclusive environments within the community.
The sensory room, originally opened in 2017, has undergone significant upgrades, including the installation of interactive projectors, sound and light panels, LED lighting, and soft play equipment. These improvements are designed to offer a supportive space for supporters with sensory sensitivities, enabling them to experience match days in a comfortable and accommodating setting.
Andrew French, Sales and Marketing Director at Bargate Homes, spoke about the project during Southampton FC’s match against Crystal Palace last night, highlighting the company’s dedication to community engagement and inclusivity. He stated: “We are delighted to support Southampton FC in enhancing the match day experience for all fans. The Bargate Homes Sensory Room exemplifies our commitment to creating spaces that cater to the diverse needs of the community.”
Bargate Homes remains dedicated to initiatives that promote inclusivity and community well-being, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration with Southampton FC to support fans and the broader community.
