The winner must be UK-based

All rules of the competition must be followed in order to have an acceptable entry.

The winner will be chosen using the following process:

The competition entry numbers are assessed at the date of competition closure.

A number generator is used to pick the winner.

The winner is contacted to congratulate and obtain details and consent to use their social name on our socials.

Terms and conditions

Bargate Homes reserves the right to change the terms of the competition at any time. Bargate Homes will pick the winner using a fair process that is non-biased and equal to all participants. The winner will be contacted after the competition has closed and given 3 days to accept the prize. Should no response be sent within 3 days a new winner will be chosen.
