In anticipation of development, we are thrilled to announce that we have recently purchased a portion of the land. Our team are now working hard preparing plans for a courtyard style scheme of delightful cottages and apartments.
Midhurst is a fantastic location in the heart of the South Downs National Park.

Along with our joint venture partners, Burton Property, we have secured an exciting development opportunity in the heart of Southampton.

Winchester from the sky
Good schools boost prices
With the marked improvement in recent weather, we commissioned an aerial photography shoot of Winchester. We are thrilled with the results and now have some beautiful photographs of our past, present and forthcoming developments, all taken from 500ft in the sky.
The stunning city looks even more beautiful from the sky than it does on foot. The majestic Cathedral, luscious water meadows and rolling hills really do make for great photographs.
This particular photograph highlights the prime location of our development St James Mews, in relation to the iconic landmarks of Winchester. The whole team at Bargate Homes are very proud to be involved in the development of this historic location and we look forward to showing you the fruits of our work as we move forward with St James Mews. -

Bargate Homes has submitted an outline planning application for up to 51 residential units in land adjoining Boyneswood Lane in Medstead. Surrounded by trees and with an area of ancient woodland adjoining, we believe this strategic development site will be a wonderful setting for the traditionally designed two story 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom properties our application proposes. Plans have been drawn up in consultation with the local Planning Authority and local residents have been engaged in a program of public consultation. A large area of on site public open space is proposed which would benefit future residents as well as those already living nearby.

New homes planned for Lovedean
Bargate Homes have recently submitted a planning application for 40 residential properties on a strategic development site in Lovedean. The application followed a program of public consultation and pre application discussions with East Hampshire District Council. Although an outline application considerable consideration has been given to the scale and layout of the proposed development which will comprise a mixture of two story 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties built to a traditional design in keeping with local surroundings. Proposals allow for a large area of open space on site with footpath access to ancient woodland and countryside beyond.
