    Adding to our portfolio of finished developments, we built, sold and completed all 50 family homes at our Allbrook Meadow development in just 18 months.
    Allbrook Meadow comprised 44 family homes and six apartments on a 4.6-acre site in Allbrook, Eastleigh.
    Its location was one of the unique selling points of the development with many buyers jumping at the chance to live in a countryside setting yet close to main transport links. Significantly it is also in the catchment of two highly ranked schools.

    Meet Claire Marks, who joins our team as an Administrator.
    Claire has 11 years’ experience in the new homes industry and joins us from Linden Homes. She will be supporting the Bargate team across the board, but specifically working with our Land & Planning and Sales & Marketing teams.
    We’re making significant investments to strengthen our team as we continue to expand – developing more sites and building more homes across the region.  Claire’s role will be vital to the team as the number of our developments grow.

    “As a landowner, there’s always the risk that when you take out an option with a developer that they’ll not proactively promote it. However, I’m very pleased with how we’ve been represented by Bargate Homes, right from the start, they have acted in a very professional manner, been in constant contact, actively promoting my land through to a positive conclusion. I could have gone to any developer but my wife and I wanted someone who was more relevant locally.
