What is included as standard in a Bargate home

We’re confident that you won’t find another house builder that gives you more. At Bargate premium cooking appliances, integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer, turfed gardens, external taps, waterproof electric sockets to the front and rear of the home, Porcelanosa tiles, electric vehicle charging and much more is all included as standard.

How much does it cost to reserve my dream home

The reservation fee at Bargate is £1000. This comes with a 14 day cooling off period for your peace of mind.

Is there a management fee to pay when I move in

Yes, the management fee and a comprehensive breakdown is available for each development. The management charge covers an array of services from landscape management, communal charges, service fees, communal utility costs and more.

Do I get a warranty with a Bargate home

Yes absolutely. All Bargate homes come with a 10 year Premier warranty and a 2 year customer care guarantee.

Can I go visit a home even though it’s on a building site

At Bargate your safety is our priority, we only take customers onto our developments when it’s safe to do so. These appointments are booked with the development sales.
