    New homes planned for Farnham

    We have recently submitted an outline planning application to Waverley Borough Council for 46 new homes in the tranquil surroundings of Farnham’s Frensham Vale.
    Working with Snug Architects, we have submitted an application comprising a mix of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes – both private and affordable. The subtle but fascinating contemporary architecture blends beautifully with the stunning woodland countryside.

    Two new developments planned for Colden Common

    We have recently submitted two outline planning applications for Colden Common – the first for 45 new homes at Lower Moors Road and the second for 31 new homes on land fronting onto Main Road.
    Proposals have been revised further to consultation with local residents – reducing the scale of the development, increasing the allocation of affordable homes and providing single storey accommodation suitable for more elderly residents.
