    We are delighted to announce another successful planning application for 40 new Bargate homes. Our outline planning application for 40 houses on Lovedean Lane, Horndean gained planning permission at East Hampshire District Council planning committee last night.
    This development will bring much needed homes to this stunning area surrounded by rolling countryside but severely lacking in housing.
    The team will now work up a detailed planning application in conjunction with the local community, refining the scheme to ensure the development meets our usual, high quality, Bargate standard.

    We are delighted to announce that our superb Huw Thomas designed redevelopment of the old Winchester City Fire Station has received unanimous support at yesterday’s planning committee.
    This redevelopment will replace the Old City fire hall, training facility and yard with sixteen, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Designed in perfect sympathy with the surrounding period properties, the Bargate designers and technical team will now set to work, allowing for these new homes to be completed toward the end of 2015.
