Bargate Homes has submitted an outline planning application for up to 51 residential units in land adjoining Boyneswood Lane in Medstead. Surrounded by trees and with an area of ancient woodland adjoining, we believe this strategic development site will be a wonderful setting for the traditionally designed two story 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom properties our application proposes. Plans have been drawn up in consultation with the local Planning Authority and local residents have been engaged in a program of public consultation. A large area of on site public open space is proposed which would benefit future residents as well as those already living nearby.

New homes planned for Lovedean

Bargate Homes have recently submitted a planning application for 40 residential properties on a strategic development site in Lovedean. The application followed a program of public consultation and pre application discussions with East Hampshire District Council. Although an outline application considerable consideration has been given to the scale and layout of the proposed development which will comprise a mixture of two story 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom properties built to a traditional design in keeping with local surroundings. Proposals allow for a large area of open space on site with footpath access to ancient woodland and countryside beyond.
