We are offering quality, not a commodity and as such, eschewing discounting and not scrimping and cutting-corners to protect margins. Our new homes are special because that’s what a new home should be.
So, what’s the customer reaction?
Well, at our Church Heights, Bishopstoke development we’ve completely sold-out our 27 homes in under 12 months, whilst competitors still have un-sold properties with massive discounts constantly being dangled.
Whilst at Seven Acres, Overton we’ve sold 13 out of 33 homes without officially launching the development and without a showhome planned until August.
