Meet Samantha Barnes, our new Customer Care Manager and the latest addition to the Bargate Homes team.
Samantha joins us just as we start our 10th year and with the team developing more sites and building more homes across the region, her role is crucial.
Samantha is an experienced customer service professional and will be dealing with customer queries and feedback on a daily basis, getting out and meeting customers in person and liaising with contractors and site managers.
Having worked for larger housebuilders, she’s already found the personal touch at Bargate Homes to be a breath of fresh air. “Bargate’s approach to customer service and after care is second to none. I’m looking forward to growing in my role as the company grows too.”
