We have moved one step closer to our new development in Hampshire with the acquisition of land in Ropley, near Alresford. We exchanged contracts this week on the site in Dunsells Lane, where outline planning permission has been granted for a total of fifteen two, three and four-bed houses. It is proposed that nine of the homes will be for private sale and six will be offered as affordable housing. The site is in an enclosed paddock in a quintessential English village surrounded by beautiful countryside and the development would provide much-needed homes for the area. Managing Director Angus Cook said: “We are delighted to have purchased such a great site at Ropley. Our schemes are recognised for being beneficial to the communities they are in – not just for the homes they provide but because they are aesthetically sympathetic to their surroundings.” The proposed development will now go forward for full planning permission, with the aim of beginning work in October this year.
