Happy customers are just about to settle in to their brand new Bargate homes as we pass a major milestone at two of our developments. Our first homeowner will shortly be moving in to Allbrook Meadow, our ongoing 50-home development surrounded by rolling hills in the village of Allbrook, yet conveniently close to the M3. Next week we’ll also welcome the first customer to move in to one of the 19 homes at Gainsborough Chase in Barton Stacey. This mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes was incredibly popular, with half the homes sold off-plan even before the scheme was officially launched. Robert Lambie, sales and marketing director at Bargate Homes, says: “This is what it’s all about – after months of planning and building work, there’s no greater joy than handing over the keys to a customer’s new home. “We really get to know our customers and seeing them move in is a significant milestone. We’re looking forward to welcoming many more as the developments continue to take shape in these beautiful locations.” Work will continue for around another year at Allbrook Meadow, while the final homes at Gainsborough Chase should be handed over by the end of 2015.
