For Bargate, it’s not good enough just to deliver a beautiful home; we want to create a truly memorable and enjoyable customer journey as well.
We know how exciting it is for customers to see their dream home take shape.
So, not only do we invite them on-site to see progress at first fix; but week in week out we e-mail progress reports, including photographs, capturing the advancement- whilst advising on any changes in the estimated completion date.
That was particularly important to ecstatic The Brick Station buyer, Kevin Wenman, who moved into his home just before Christmas having happily reserved his home 13 months prior to secure it.
Commenting on why he’d recommend Bargate, Kevin said:
