We recently welcomed the Year 2 class from Pilgrims School to our prestigious Winchester development, St James Mews. The Year 2 class have been learning about Roman and Medieval history of the ancient City of Winchester and so took up the opportunity to broaden the boys’ practical understanding.
Our Managing Director, Angus Cook, gave the boys an overview of the development followed by a fascinating archaeological talk by Paul McCulloch of Pre-Construct Archaeology. Angus commented “At Bargate, our passion is to build beautiful homes of which we and our children will be proud in years to come. We care about what we do and how we do it. We were thrilled to be given the opportunity to tell the pupils from Pilgrims school about our development as well as showing them on the ground, Roman and Medieval fortification of our City.”
St James Mews is a classic Georgian style development comprising fourteen, apartments, town houses and refurbished coach houses. We received reservations on all homes at our recent launch event, the development is due for completion in the Summer of 2015.
