With only 2 months until Jacki and her two children Lottie and James bravely abseil down the Spinnaker Tower they took guide dogs to see the 170 metre building they will be taking on. The reason for putting themselves out of their comfort zone is to raise as much money for the Guide Dog charity as they can. As a family they have learnt first-hand how much having a specially trained dog can help as a close member of their family lost their sight. Jacki is a volunteer for the Guide Dogs charity, her role as a puppy walker means she understands the importance of these four legged friends. She knows the amount of compassion and time that goes into training each individual puppy that will go onto help someone in need and giving them back their independence. With every donation made, your name will be put into a dog bowl and the lucky name will be drawn. The winner will be able to name a guide dog puppy and get regular updates of its progress and a possible visit. If you wish to make any donations please click this link to help this brave family reach their £2,500 target. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/lottie-meaney
